• The Institution produce 10 million doses of assorted vaccines against a target of 11.25 million doses indicating a 89% achievement over the quarter.

The Project requires KES 585 million to finalize the Phase I of Modernization of the plant. The Good Manufacturing Practice Certification (GMP) will increase production of animal vaccine from 45 Million doses to 70 million doses annually and allow access the international markets for the vaccines. However, the production of vaccines is still ongoing at the limited capacity.
