Public Methodology & Definitions
How key metrics are interpreted in this dashboard
  • Portfolio Value: Uses total_project_cost where available (service may apply fallbacks).
  • Status: Uses current portfolio status classification such as Ongoing, Completed, Pipeline, and Stalled.
  • Utilization: spent / budget × 100 where valid budget data exists.
  • Timeline Risk: Derived from due dates and timeline indicators in the analytics payload.
  • Data Quality Coverage: Shows percentage completeness for key public-facing fields.
  • Charts: Some advanced charts are derived from the same underlying records from different analytical angles.
Public Notes
Transparency and interpretation guidance
Some charts depend on the availability of budget, cost, date, progress, and location fields. Missing values may reduce the visibility of some visualizations. The dashboard is designed to improve transparency and will become more informative as source data quality improves.
