Getting Started
How do I request an account?
To request an account, please fill out the official User Access Request Form and submit it to the IT department. Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days.
What are the system requirements to access the dashboard?
The NGDS is optimized for modern web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. For the best experience, we recommend a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps and using a desktop or laptop device.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to create a new password.
Data & Reporting
How often is the data updated?
Dashboard data is updated daily at 2:00 AM EAT. Some specific departmental reports may have a weekly refresh schedule.
Can I export data from the dashboards?
Yes, all dashboard visualizations can be exported to CSV, PDF, or Excel formats. Use the export icon on each widget to download the data.
What are the different data metrics available?
The system provides a range of metrics, including financial reports, project progress indicators, demographic statistics, and resource allocation data.
Security & Privacy
How is my data protected?
We prioritize data protection with state-of-the-art encryption, multi-factor authentication, and strict access controls. All data is handled in compliance with government data protection policies.
Who can view my dashboard reports?
Data visibility is based on user roles and permissions. You can only view reports and data that your role is authorized to access.
