The county aggregation and industrial parks (CAIPs) project is expected to enhance the manufacturing sector’s
contribution to GDP through bringing together a geographic cluster of independent firms to gain economies of scale and positive externalities by sharing infrastructure and taking advantage of opportunities for bulk purchasing and selling.
