The project entails constructing Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Tribunal plazas; establishing High Courts, ELRC and ELC in every county and Magistrates Courts in all sub-counties; equipping the Kenya Judiciary Academy; digitizing court processes; operationalizing specialized and small claims courts; strengthening counter-terrorism courts; expanding mediation; and enacting the Tribunals Bill to guide tribunal transition.
